Cancellation Policy
Ciboee and its representatives reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

In the event of the designated address falling outside the delivery zone offered on our platform;
Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order placement;
Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery;
Unavailability of all the items ordered by the customer at the time of booking the order; or
Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
You must notify the Ciboee immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, (e.g. preparation of order placed by you has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched), we will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched. As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same from the restaurant. Usually, this is within 5 minutes of placing an order. If the cancellation was made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full/partial amount, as the case may be within 10 days which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable. We may cancel a contract/order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

Refund Policy
Customer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders. Ciboee retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Customer in Section I(2) from the amount refundable to him/her. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
We will be cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
Cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
Refunds for cancelled orders or when one or more items are not available are done through an instant credit to wallet Money. wallet Money can be used to pay for your next order.
In case of payment at the time of delivery, Customer will not be required to pay for:
Orders where packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
Wrong Order being delivered; or
Items missing from Customer’s Order at the time of delivery.
